LSE is still in the middle of wedding season, but we wanted to share a few sneak peeks from our recent Maine Farm Wedding at the end of May!
We had a lot of fun bringing this Boston couple’s farm wedding vision to life!
Here’s just a few of the detail images courtesy of Rodeo & Co. Photography (thanks Meg!)
The perfect bouquet for the bride from F as in Flowers…
Fun shot of our set-up coming together in the dinner tent…and gorgeous tent from Sperry Tents.
The bride’s cousin made the signs for the wedding day – Barn board frames tied the seating chart into the wedding design.
Noting the wedding was in May in Maine, the bride wanted the ladies to be warm! So she purchased pashminas which LSE set up at the end of the ceremony aisles, with another cute sign from the bride’s cousin.
Barrels from East Coast Props & Antiques topped with F as in Flowers rustic floral pieces for the ceremony….
Amazing Cocktail Hour Shellfish Station from Schucks !
Close-up of LSE’s finished tablescapes for the dinner portion of the wedding…with rentals from Marshall Rental Center in Maine.
The bride wanted the focus on the guest tables to be “greenery” so F as in Flowers created the perfect country-style garlands.
The bride found the cutest table numbers online which were the perfect size against the garlands.
We had the cutest Maine Farm mascots all week! Baby Goats!

The bride wanted a DIY photobooth & guest book combo & provided poloroid cameras and film with all the accessories. LSE hung a rustic frame on a horizontal tree branch right outside of the barn for guests to take fun photos for the guest book. (and more cute signs from the bride’s cousin made the table!)
The guests had a lot of fun taking poloroids & writing in the B&G’s guest book!
Real Wedding Planner Advice: It’s a great idea to think of a few interactive “activities” that are also functional in your reception. It gives guests a chance to walk around & explore, as well as to intermingle with one another.
Another sweet idea from the bride, she wanted to note her family members in a special way, but not with the obligatory “memory table” ~ She had the vision of a “family” tree and it came out great! Guests really enjoyed looking at all the old photos and it was another great conversation piece in the event.
It was an honor & a privilege to plan & design for this special B&G!
…So many fun details in this Maine Farm Wedding – we’ll write about it again soon!
