Emerald Green Bridesmaid Dress Inspiration
We’ve been getting so many emails asking us to write more about Emerald Bridesmaid Dresses since our last article on Pantone Emerald… so here you go! More!! Emerald Green Bridesmaid Dresses, Inspiration, Bouquets, & Shoes!
We love writing about Green!! Any shade, and style, anything! Since Emerald Green is this year’s Pantone Color of the year, we thought we better give you a few more bridesmaid ensembles! And if you love Green as much as we do, please see our archives for our other Emerald Green articles. You can easily search Emerald Green on our site, or click here for the Emerald Green archive.
Starting with a simple and lovely traditional bridesmaid dress in Emerald green! We paired this pretty Emerald bridesmaid dress in chiffon with contemporary metallic gladiator-style strappy sandals and a bright pink peony bouquet. Perfect for Spring, right through the summer.
Real Wedding Planner Tip: Check with your florist on peony availability in your area, as Peonies are usually a Spring Flower.
Love the Skater dress for Bridemaid dresses … the subtle pleats, and it works on every body type. For this Style, Inspiration, & Design collage, we paired Pantone Emerald Green and Pantone Dazzling Blue against the oh-so-traditional blue hydrangea. See how we mirrored the muted pattern on pattern in the dress to the heal in the Dazzling Blue peep-toe heel.
Love this cute little dress from Modcloth! Emerald green, lace flower overlay to mirror the texture in the soft pink peony bouquet. Adding a simple strappy sandal in ivory mirrors the tone of the bouquet and doesn’t overpower the ensemble.
Great for a summer wedding!
Back to the Skater dress “style” in this Pantone Emerald bridesmaid dress, but this time, a cute sweetheart neckline softens the look and makes it more romantic. We added some contrast to the look and a little edge by pairing this dress with some contemporary metallic platform sandals and a beautiful orchid bouquet.
Love this waterfall style dress, so beautiful for any season. Muted gold metallic strappy sandals are the perfect match for this dress. And yes, that is 1 fabulous soft champagne colored flower for the bouquet. Have you seen this trend lately? So unique & chic. LSE has a wedding client this weekend carrying just one enormous gardenia (faux-composite flower) and she has her bridesmaids doing the same. We can’t wait to post the pics….so check back!
For the very contemporary! a stylized look with gold embedded into the Emerald Green Bridesmaid dress fabric. This one shoulder draped bridemaid dress is amazing! We paired it with gold strappy sandals with little circle cutouts to mirror the dress’ gold fleck pattern in reverse. Adding the orchids to this ensemble was an easy choice, with the goldish center also noting the gold flecks in the dress.
Here’s another take on the waterfall dress with a little more modesty built-in for your bridesmaids. Everyone looks great in this style dress too, and how comfy! Simply paired with gold muted metallic strappy sandals, and a pretty off white bouquet, you can’t go wrong with this look for your bridesmaids!
Country, Rustic, Vintage!!! Texture-texture-texture!!!
We usually don’t recommend heavy texture in a dress and shoe, but this really works! and here’s why:
Real Wedding Planner Advice & Style Tip: The pretty Emerald Green lace bridesmaid dress is definitely texture heavy, but the overall dress design is simple. Adding the neutral belt breaks the lace pattern up in the dress so it’s not so overwhelming to the eye.
And! We found the perfect cowboy boots to go with this emerald green lace dress… see how the pattern in the cowboy boots mirror that of the emerald lace in the bridesmaid dress? It really “goes” together. With this much texture, keeping the bridesmaid bouquet simple and soft was a necessity, otherwise adding another “texture” piece to the ensemble would have made the look too busy.
